How Quickly Will My Order Be Despatched?

We aim to despatch on the sameday of receipt of order before 12 midday, this does depend on our worklaod so sometimes it will be the following day.

We use first class post & special delivery. First class can be with you next day but definately 2-3 days.

Can I Guarantee Next day Delivery?

Yes, the prices are below & applys only to U.K. We dispatch these before 12 midday to be with you the following day. If the order id receipt after 12 midday then it will not be despatched till the following day.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

What If My Order Does Not Arrive?

Unfortunately there are occassions when orders do go astray. We will do are upmost to rectify this, but the post office does say that it is not classed as lost until after 15 working days & we can not put a claim in until after this time. If is special delivery then this can be traced.

If My Order Is Lost, What Happens?

Don't worry if after 15 days & your order has not arrived we will send it to you again or refund.

What If My Goods Are Damaged?

Please let us know as soon as possibly & we will ask you to return it, we will then either send you a replacement or refund.

Are Items On The Website Exactly How They Appear In The Pictures?

We are strict with quality control but slight variations in size & colour can occur especially with the lampwork beads which are handmade.

What If Part Of My Order Is Out Of Stock?

If the stock is due in within 10 days we will let you know & charge you & then when the goods arrive we will send them on. You are only charged once for P&P on the first intial order.

If the goods are due in till after this time scale we will telephone you & discuss this with you.

Can You Let Me Know When Goods Are back In Stock?

If you let us know what items you are interested in we can contact you when they arrive.
