Q.  Why I Cannot use Paypal. When I tried To Pay Via  Paypal, I Was Not Able To Enter An Address In The United Kingdom?

It is important for you to choose your country . Paypal needs to enter the address where the credit card is registered for them to be able to complete the security check on the card, ie address where the instalements are sent to.
